Paula (Lek) the owner has been involved with Thai restaurants for over 20 years. She previously owned the Rabieng Thai Restaurant at Sylvania Heights and currently has 5 Papaya Bay Restaurants in California. Her latest one is in Lake Arrowhead 2 ½ hours from Los Angeles in the quiet of the mountains. Lek is now an Australian Citizen and is keen to set up a number of Thai restaurants in Australia. The first is the Thai Peninsular. The second is Thai Princess in William Street in Sydney City. Become our honoured guest - relax, enjoy yourself and forget about the daily pressures. Our staff  will create the ultimate Thai blend of tastes, colours and textures to please your palate.  A selection of soup, rice, curry, stirfry, dips and salads will have you experience a blend of spicy, sweet, salty and sour tastes.
